IOWA STATE TRAPSHOOTING ASSOCIATION
BOARD MEETING

April 1, 2009

The Directors of the Iowa State Trapshooting Association held a telephone conference on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 9:00 p.m. Present were: President Jon Peterson, SW Zone Director and ATA Delegate Dan Wood, NW Zone Director Rick Kalsow, SE Zone Director Don Wickliff, NE Zone Director Barrie Swinbank, and Secretary/Treasurer Debra Oelmann.

Dan Wood reported to the Board that he talked to Bob Stuart about his software being able to figure a Wolf Option combo of 25’s, 50’s, 100’s and you had to play all. Bob’s software has something similar that various states use called a Ten Way Purse. It is on the 4 – 25’s, 3-50’s (first, middle, last), 2 – 75’s (first and last), and total 100. It pays one money to each of these purses. For example, if the entry was $10, then it is $1 on each purse, or $4 on the 25’s, $3 on the 50’s, $2 on the 75’s, and $1 on the total 100.

After discussion, the Board agreed to use Bob’s Ten Way Purse on all handicap events to read as follows in the 2009 Iowa State Shoot program:

Ten Way Purse – Play All or None
Paid One Money per Division High Gun (ties will divide)
                         Total 100 -                              $  7.00
                         2 – 75’s (first, last) -               $14.00
                         3 – 50’s (first, middle, last) -  $21.00
                         4 – 25’s -                                 $28.00
                                                           Total -   $70.00

A motion was made by Don Wickliff that the meeting adjourn, seconded by Dan Wood. Meeting adjourned at 9:15 pm.
